Jing Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine LLC, Louisville's premier alternative health clinic, announces it will donate 10 percent of all July sales to a World War II veteran charity.
Proceeds will go to Honor Flight, an organization dedicated to helping WW II vets visit memorials around the world.
"My grandfather was a World War II veteran and his generation holds a special place in my heart," says owner Jaclyn Engelsher, registered nurse, doctor of oriental medicine and licensed acupuncturist. "We are honored to give back to these men and women who gave so much."
According to its website, honorflight.org, by the end of the 2009 flying season, the organization will have transported more than 42,165 veterans to see the memorials built to honor their suffering and sacrifice to keep this great nation free.
